In Linux you can make aliases, add your init or alias name then add your path on there 

You can edit in bash config

example 

alias wr=”cd /var/www/html”

In windows 

Edit enviroment variabel, then add your path folder. If you was try install programming lang like python, c, php or compiler. Following the link
